Report writing

Liverpool Neuro Physio provide a report writing service. All of the physiotherapists at Liverpool Neuro Physio are experienced at writing reports for numerous purposes regarding the diagnosis, treatment, progress and potential of an individual.

On request our physiotherapists write reports to many people / companies, Including:

General Practitioner (GP)
Consultants
Schools – dyspraxia and equipment requirements
Occupational Health teams
The patient’s workplace – adaptation requirements
Referral letters to other health care professionals

These reports contain different information dependent upon the reason for the report.

Discharge reports are also written by your physiotherapist. These reports can also be forwarded to other health care professionals involved in the management of the individual.
